Direct Auto Insurance

Everyone is nice and polite and helpful and direct auto. I was quoted One price which was an affordable price in the beginning. The next day when I downloaded the app, my price monthly nearly doubled. And then they tried to take another $55 out of my account without notifying me in any way shape or form first. I think that is not right, that should be against the law. And I don't appreciate them giving me one price in the beginning and then it nearly doubling overnight. The price should be what they say it's going to be and that's that I should be no changing the price. When it comes to them taking money out of your account, and you go through the automated system and click agree on everything you are entering a contract. When they change the price the next day without even notifying you,

I spoke with Mr. Belly who was very pleasant and very, very helpful. He listened to my difficulties and gave a solution to resolve it. He reviewed everything on my policy so I could make decisions on coverage amounts. He stayed on the phone with me to assure all of my docs were signed and completed for adjustments made. I couldn't have done this without Mr. Belly. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I talked to Thomas about receiving auto insurance. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain things I was unsure about, and he made great recommendations based on his experience. It was also very nice to discuss something as important as auto insurance with someone who really cares about the customers. I love this insurance company, they have great rates and even BETTER customer service. If it wasn't for Thomas Wetzel guiding and assisting me with different policies I'd be lost. I truly appreciate how Clear, Empathic, Patient, Informing, and Pleasant he was. Thomas made this a breeze for me and I'm pretty sure he'll do the same for anyone else..
