Alicia Cooper is one of the best agents I've ever done business with. She stayed late to help my customer get insurance for her new vehicle and went over and beyond to get them a cheap rate! i wish all insurance agents worked as hard as Alicia does!

She’s very kind, patient & understanding & allows you time to ask questions if you have them & also time to take notes about things if you need to (I am an avid note taker so I don’t miss any important information). 5/5 stars when speaking with her!! 110% recommend her! : )

Comfortable. Non pushy all the way. The agent made the process easy and did not rush through it, like other's sometimes do. Left very satisfied without double guessing myself if I selected the right auto insurance.

She's very kind and she answered all of my questions even when I repeated them a couple of times. She stayed with me until the end of the setup process and I appreciate her helping me with everything. She's an agent that lets her smile show through her voice and I just can't say enough how much that meant to me. She's a blessing to have on your staff! Keep her and clone her!
