Amazing service! Kristie was incredibly helpful. At first, I decided not to take the brake discount, thinking it would save me money. Later, I realized I made a mistake and had to come back. Kristie went out of her way to help me fix it and still made sure I got the savings. She didn’t have to do that — she went above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been shopping at O'Reillys stores for over 15 years, worse experience with parts return & being able to get the rights parts ... guy was very unprofessional an unwilling to work with me on getting the right part ... left there an drove to the Tuscumbia store an got taking care with no problem whatsoever

The Oreilly in Russellville is usually good, but we were in recently and the young mam who checked us out seemed bothered that we were even there. He was short with answers and rude. He seemed less than knowledgable and was not what we were used to. Better off driving to Haleyville!
