Second update: Aaron Greene just called and tried bullying me into accepting only half my money back. Trying to say I owe them because my new policy (that isn't even with their company) didn't start in time so they had to charge me? How much more of a scam front can these people put up?? Good grief!!!! Update: They charged me for the policy I canceled earlier this month, then Gina tried saying she would send a check for half the amount they stole... absolute crooks. BBB contacted... I've been a steady customer for years now! Tried to call and cancel after receiving the "it's time to renew" email as I bundled with my Home Owners insurance elsewhere. why is it so hard to contact someone. My mother is trying to email and fax some important papers to you all. The email address you all gave her. Keeps coming back as a none working email as well as the fax number. You have all these automated answering machine. People want to talk to People. Who wants to play the number game to just have the system hang up on you!!!
