They deserve more than five stars! Honest and trustworthy, they never try to upsell or take advantage of their clients. When they point out an issue with my car, it’s because it truly needs attention. Their prices are fair, and I’m always very happy with the service I receive.

I am so sorry my review has taken so long to post my reviews of Discount Brake. (My computer crashed) But My first visit to Discount Brake was about four years ago. Chris and the crew did an awesome job for me late one winter night. My truck is a 2004 Dodge. It has been a great truck, but after 19 years, the truck was beginning to need more attention than frequent oil changes & tires. My truck had eaten up two front tires in four months. I never thought of an alignment. It was late. They were about to close, I had just put two new tires on, and was afraid to drive to work the next day for fear of destroying those tires before I could come back. Discount had already closed their bay doors and the men were heading home. My heart sank, Chris asked his workers: can ya'll take one more truck.

Like most of the reviews here, you can tell this company really cares. Made a short-notice appointment online for an alignment but needed it ASAP. Chris Jr. promptly texted me to come on in and “we’ll take care of you”. Although they couldn’t get my vehicle’s steering wheel 100% centered due to manufacturer issue, tech (Eddie I believe his name was) took the time to listen, drive vehicle with me, and adjust suspension components to get steering as close to center as possible. He even commented “If my customer’s not happy I’m not happy ”. Outstanding company and customer service! Thanks team!

We just used Discount Brake & Auto Repair for a complete check-up of my Buick Encore. The professional courtesy and knowledge to detail they showed was outstanding. Emory kept us updated step-by-step on what was needed for my car and what to look for in the future. Brandon was the mechanic and my car runs like new! We will definitely use them again, as well tell our friends and neighbors!
