Had a a bad experience at the Nelson location They are prejudice against women I had a oil leak from the oil change I got 10/1/25 I we to tell them on 10/28/25 and the were rude and unprofessional Now I have to take my car somewhere else and pay again for something they didn’t do right If I was a man they would not have treated me like that I will Never go back to that location again They did not change my filter and charged me like they did Women if you don’t know what you are looking at don’t trust them

The service is always fast and friendly. The technicians are very knowledgeable and good at their craft. Often, they have gone above and beyond to make repairs and bring to my attention the necessary information to maintain a good preventive maintenance record. They do more than just oil changes and the prices are affordable and sometimes negotiable.

Back on 2/6/2024 took my child car in for an oil change wasn't having any issues with the car, after having the oil change 2 days later the oil was leaking, I called to speak with a manger the manger wasn't in, the person that answered the phone was very disrespectful on the phone and also when my child took the car back up there today 2/14/2024, my son told him I needed to speak with him before they do anything to the car he started cussing child out telling we trying to scam them which is not true. I have been using this place for the last five years getting an oil change for my truck I've never encountered any problems with any of the workers I even tip them. If asking for the manager or the owner is a problem then you need to find yourself another job. I was only trying to get the issu

I went to this place to have my differential checked. After speaking with someone on the phone who said they provided this service, I went. Only one bay was operating so I got in line. Once I reached the service area and spoke with the manager (I assumed, he was the only older person giving orders. The other guys were younger) he had one of the guys to check. Said my differential was leaking but they couldn’t fix it 🤔. But we can top it off for $25. What a waste of time. Before you go find if they only change oil or top off fluids.
