Discount Radiator & Exhaust

I have been a customer for many years, and my family has trusted this shop for decades. A few years ago, I purchased a brand new engine, which was installed in my truck at Discount Radiators. Recently, I returned to have a few simple oil leaks sealed. After a couple of weeks, the truck was returned to me running weak and smelling unusual. When I opened the hood, it was immediately clear my brand-new engine had been swapped out for an old, rusted junkyard engine. When I confronted the mechanics, they denied it—until I showed before-and-after photos proving my engine was spotless and new, not orange, crusted, and used. I have used their services since 2004, know the owner and all the mechanics, personally, professionally, friends, and the cars they owned and raced. Love these men. Anyone that knows me, at the shop, they'd say..."show us what you do on NASCAR, Duke City, and Sandia Speedway race day, Kim". That's my signature with them...lmao!!

Cannot recommend this place enough. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were flexible when I had to leave my vehicle there for almost two days because of my work schedule. They gave me a great deal. Special thanks to "Squeaky" for answering my questions on the phone and updating me on the repair.

RATING A 5 FOR ATTENTION.... They did my install incorrectly and put the blame on me while refusing to fix about 15 minutes after the work was completed. I had to go to another shop to say the install was wrong. I finally got this shop to agree and fix the mess because lifesaver made them agree they messed up and would fix it.
