The service was absolutely immaculate! Micah and Curtis were so polite and genuine! We had a l Unexpected nail in our tire and they were able to get it fixed quick and easy! They even saw my toddler running around and came over and brought her crayons! 1000 out of 10 service! We will definitely be coming back if we ever need tire service! Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Customer safety and service are paramount. I had a safety conflict with my pre-ordered tires and existing setup. Instead of just mounting the tires and sending me on my way they brought it to my attention and offered immediate solutions. Solutions that did NOT lead to higher costs to the customer. They just wanted it to be right and safe. Discount tire has a family of customers for life. Thanks gentlemen.

Jaiden made sure to provide the best customer service when I stopped in due to a tire issue & unexpectedly found out that I needed all 4 new tires. Jaiden was able to get the best deal for me as well as provide quick service. He also took the initiative to contact customer service for me, when it was needed. Jaiden is honest & trustworthy!! If you need new tires, he is the one to help you have the most successful experience.

Had a slow leak in our front tire. Hubby went and waited for them to check it out. They fixed it and didn’t charge us. When we are ready for new tires we will be returning. Thanks for great service!

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire in Alvin, TX. Cade was the one who helped me, and he did an incredible job. He swapped out my wheels and solved a balancing issue that had been bothering me for a while. He was extremely careful with my wheels and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any tire shop. Highly recommend asking for Cade!
