Discount Tire

Stopped by here this morning because my sister told me they offer free tire air fills and I was low because of the cold. I’ve shopped here before for tires, but didn’t know that they offered this service and it was so helpful on my way to work today. I pulled in and Devon was super sweet and helpful and he checked my tread and replaced Two of my caps because I had somehow lost them. This location is such a great stop for assistance and the customer service is always wonderful. I will continue to support this business because the customer service and helpfulness does not end just when you’re spending money there. This morning I spent zero dollars and was treated the same as if I had gone in and spent $500.Thank you for making my morning so much easier!

Brandon greeted me and helped me choose the perfect set of wheels and tires for my truck. His extensive knowledge and great taste made the decision easy. The entire team provided excellent customer service and had me in and out — wheels, tires, and alignment — in under two hours, which is unheard of! Just want to say thanks to the Discount Tire team in Apopka!! Big thanks to Devin H. For going the extra mile to special order my white walls for my 1949 Mercury. I could have ordered them from Coker Tire myself, but Discount Tire matched their online sale price and had a better warranty on the tire. If you buy a tire from a manufacturer on line and you have a flat that is covered under their warranty you have to ship your tire to them and wait for a new one if it is covered damage. But by going through Discount they are local and can handle all my problems if needed. All around better choice!!!! I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire, and Brandon truly went above and beyond. He didn’t just try to “sell me tires”. He walked me through multiple options before we decided on the Nitto Grappler Recons. We discussed different all-terrain models, road noise, tread life expectations, ride comfort, and pricing so I could make the best decision for my fleet truck and how I actually drive. What really impressed me was that he reviewed my current tires and noticed I hadn’t reached the 55,000-mile warranty. Instead of brushing it off, he proactively helped me get a mileage credit toward the new set. That alone saved me money and showed he genuinely looks out for his customers. Red carpet treatment! I am usually a tough critic and these guys exceeded, by far, my expectations. I had read online that they fix flat tires for free (within reason, understandably). So I decided to put them to the test. Took my car in today and they indeed fixed it for free! I actually felt a little guilty leaving and giving them no money. Between ease of making an appointment online (within less than 24 hours mind you, which was another pleasant surprise), and their outstanding service, I am impressed and delighted. They even met me at my car when I arrived before I even walked into the store. But wait, there’s more! They also checked my other 3 tires without hesitation and me asking. The value and outstanding customer service I experienced there today was refreshing and made my day. T
