My friend recommended Discount Tires.Flat screw embedded in my tire in my Model Y . Came in at 0800 as a walk in. I forgot the name of the guy who greeted my at the parking lot. He was really nice. He told me that they will try to fix it and if they can’t, he presented to me options . So they were able to fix it and he said that since its my first time coming to their store, its free of charge. That was really nice.Thank you and I know here to go when I need Tire Services.

I came in to have my TPMS replaced on all five wheels. They got on it immediately and did a very good job. Special thanks to Carlton who greeted me as soon as I pulled up and supervised the whole operation for a fair and expected price. Glad you guys are around. The wait this time was very minimal. A big improvement.

What a great customer service experience. On a very cold day, I was greeted by an associate in the parking lot who looked at my issue and took care of everything. I had a tire repaired and all my tires rotated and balanced in less than 35 minutes.

If you go here just know they are going to lie to you about how soon your car will be done, plan double or triple the time they tell you. Set up an appointment at 5 pm to have tires put on my vehicle. Got there before 5 pm and was told to wait and they would come check me in. After checking me in they said that because I had an appointment I would be done in an hour or less....and then did not even move my vehicle to the bay to start on it until 6:03 pm. I was at the store for almost 2 hours for something that should have been handled quickly due to pre-ordering my tires and setting up an appointment prior to arriving.
