I'm writing this on behalf of my father, who has utilized many different auto repair businesses in his 80+ years. Today was a SUNDAY, and despite the store being closed, the owner (Paul) returned the call from my Dad, went over his concerns and created a plan of action. Every time my Dad has had an interaction at this location, it has been incredibly positive, helpful, and trustworthy. I'm not sure you could ask for anything more as a customer, or a family member of that customer! Thank you for your outstanding work, keeping our family members safe and making sure Dad's car runs as well as he does!

Paul, the owner, is amazing. My car had developed a weird shake just as I got in to Pueblo the evening before. Thankfully, his shop was right around the corner from where I was staying. Without hesitation, he said let's go for a drive, and I'll try to determine what's going on. He was able to figure out that a weight had been installed on the WRONG side of a tire that I had replaced just a few weeks prior to my trip. He took every one of my tires off and balanced them. When I went to pay for the service, he said "No, you don't need to pay me. I just like helping people" I can't possibly ever say enough about what a pleasure it is to meet someone like Paul. A genuinely good guy!

5 Stars — Compassionate, Community-Minded Service As the Interim CEO/Executive Director of Southern Colorado Harm Reduction Association (SCHRA), I’m grateful for community partners who step up for our neighbors. Paul at Discount Tire & Auto Repair Co. was incredibly generous in helping a couple receiving services from SCHRA get a reliable tire on their car. From the very first phone call, his cheerful voice and pleasant demeanor stood out. He focused on what he could do—no excuses, just solutions—and quickly got them safely back on the road. We’ll definitely be returning to his shop for future service, and I strongly recommend Discount Tire & Auto Repair Co. to anyone needing new tires or automotive work.

We had an absolutely awesome experience here. The owner is really nice and very helpful. They helped us get towed and got a new tire on my car in literal minutes! We were stranded two hours away from home, and over an hour away from any family members that could help. *** side note: Ford Ecosport vehicles do NOT come equipped with a spare tire!*** We will be replacing all of my tires there in the near future, and purchasing another wheel so I have a spare tire. We are so grateful for the amazing service! Also...this wonderful service was at the end of their business day, and STILL did a fantastic job!

These guys were life savers and I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family every time. On a trip to Arizona from Colorado Springs, my tire light came on right near Colorado City on a Friday night at 5:30. I called around and the owner Paul answered and offered to keep the shop open for me to fix my tire and get me back on the road, even though it would take me at least 25 minutes to get to his shop and it would be after his closing time. They took amazing care of me and my car and I have had no issues with the tire since. Sometimes in life you meet good people and this was one of those times. They were unselfish and kind in a world where that tends to be rare. Bring your car here; you won't regret it!
