Discount Tire

This discount tire went way above and beyond to help keep us on our way on our trip. It was about 430 on a Friday when I called them from about 20 minutes away right at 6 o’clock, I was driving out with 6 brand new tires with a price no one could beat. Where i’m from In the Houston area sometimes you wait four or five hours at discount tire that’s why I don’t shop there anymore, but if I ever get stranded again in Baton Rouge, I know exactly where to go!

I had an issue with my tire order that could have been really stressful, but this team handled it so professionally from start to finish. Brett, the store manager, was so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making things right. He took the time to listen and made the entire process smooth and easy. You can tell he truly values his customers and any problems. Dominic was also very helpful both days I was there. I also want to recognize Kyle from online customer service, who was just as helpful and professional coordinating everything behind the scenes. Mistakes happen anywhere, but it’s how a business handles them that matters and this location went above and beyond. I’ll absolutely be coming back here for any future tire needs. Highly recommend.

I got some tires from here a few months ago. A bolt snapped as they were trying to put the new tires on. KJ and the front desk team were quick to alert me and keep me posted while they worked to get it towed to a repair shop. KJ worked very hard to make sure that repairs and a rental was set up for me before I left. I'll definitely be coming back for all my tire needs.

I don't take my vehicles to shops often because I don't trust that they do as good of a job as I would but Discount Tire on Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge is an exception. They are great! They take the extra time to make sure everything they touched is right. Best customer service I have experienced in a LOOOONG time.

This place is an absolute waste of time. I came in for a road hazard for tire rack.com. They gave me a time estimation and push that I also get an alignment check. After going away past their estimated time, I inform the manager that I would just like my vehicle because it has already gone in and gone out of the shop. He let me know that he is checking to see how much longer it would be for an alignment check. He said it would be a few minutes I sat down and waited even longer. The employee came out and showed me the paperwork let me know that there is no way for him to do the alignment because the information is held by the Toyota. So why did he just hand me a piece of paper with red and green all over if they don't have the specs to do the procedure or to know what is wrong. A manager
