Discount Tire

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE. I bought a whole set of all weather tires here and all new rims last December. I got a hole in my tire from a nail and could not take the tire off to get it fixed because the techs at discount tire screwed the lug nuts in wrong. So I had to have it towed and pay for that. I get here and the guy tries to say that it’s not their fault that the lug nut is like that. I haven’t had any other work done anywhere except here. He straight up says it’s not his fault if they can’t fix it and I still have to pay the warranty. Which would have been fine if I didn’t have to pay for a tow because they messed up. Taking no accountability for putting my tires on like that. Go to Firestone!! You’ll have a lifetime warranty and you don’t have to pay every time you need a new tire.

David and his manager this afternoon (1/27/26) were phenomenal. Not only did I order and receive my rims and tires within a day. But were installed as well. Looks beyond superb(keeping it pg). Can’t thank you guys enough for the generosity and care you took. 💪💪

Popped a tire on 94 and had to get towed, I got recommended Discount Tire and it couldn’t have been better! Raymond helped us immediately and was so kind in such a stressful situation. We had an appointment scheduled for the next morning but they got us in within minutes and back on the road in less than half an hour. Couldn’t have been a more positive experience, he even helped me get a special receipt printed for my work to show I had a flat tire. Would recommend them a million times over and I will never be going anywhere else again. Thank you to the staff here for helping out and saving the day! Very good price as well and absolutely no pressure to upgrade to anything, such a good shop.

I stopped in to discount tire because my low tire pressure light was on and one of the techs there was so friendly his name was Keegan he checked all my tires and aired them up to where they need to be he also checked my wipers and showed me I had a couple of small tears in them and suggested to replace them and I did and I can't say anything bad about him quick and friendly and greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. Thanks Keegan for the great work

My family only uses discount tire but I have never been this disappointed in them in my life and wouldn't recommend anyone going to this location. My friend went to battle creek for a family emergency, and while there, one of the tires under warranty went flat. I sent up an appointment online for Saturday where they, first tried to say the tires weren't under warranty, then just denied the tire could be fixed and had her buy a new one with a new warranty, then talked her into an alignment she didn't need. After the alignment they claimed the rim was bent and told her she'd have to buy 4 rims at the same time which she obviously couldn't afford. After she left the car started jerking and shaking at high speeds which it wasn't doing before so I made another appointment at 8:15am today monday
