These guys are over the top nice. They just have southern charm. Whatever you need, they are willing to help. For example, my trailer was broke and it was filled of topsoil. it was not level and they leveled it for me and found the real problem was was the wheel rim. so they ordered me new rims and of course I’m buying the two tires for the trailer. they were just so friendly. They never said no: they always had an answer. Customer service is EXCELLENT.

I have been buying tires for for roughly 20 years. I have had mostly bad experiences sadly. This is the second time I have bought tires from this location on two different vehicles. Both rode amazing when finished. I will continue to come here from now on just because I haven't had a single issue with them. Pat Crouse is who worked with me both times and was very professional, courteous, and is a great representative of this location. Will be back

I've been coming here since the first week they opened and have always had a positive experience (or as positive as it can be when there's an unexpected tire issue / replacement). Probably the only business of any type that I recommend without reservation in this area. Excellent customer service and not too bad of a wait if you use the online appointment system. Prices are competitive and you can price-match online if you have time to do some research. Lastly, fwiw, as far as I know they don't beg for reviews like so many places these days.

I have yet to be disappointed with any Discount tire from Georgia to South Carolina. I have been using them for many years and this is my first time reviewing. What sparked this, was a young lady named Trinity who works at this store. She didn't ask for a review but most definitely deserves it and a raise! First, our interaction with her was amazing. She is very friendly, bubbly, and you can tell she cares for her customers. Second, while sitting and waiting for our vehicle, we witnessed her handle a disgruntled customer and she never faltered. She did everything she could to put the customer at ease and try to keep them happy. (Not sure it worked on the entitlement the other lady seemed to have) but it was awesome to witness Trinity maintain a professional demeanor the entire time. Every

Great 1st time experience at Discount Tire - Beaufort. Had a very slow tire leak of 2-3 pounds over a couple of days. They worked me in after 3pm on Saturday and found a very small sliver of metal below the tire surface. They had it repaired and patched and I was out the door headed home in 1 hour. Best part was that it was free even though it was a new car with 7k miles. Met Robert the manager as well as the repair tech afterwards. Very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them.
