Discount Tire

Wyatt was literally our hero. We were in a rental car and got a piece stuck in our tire. It was extremely flat (only 8PSI) when we got there. He stayed late on a Saturday evening to patch our tire & make sure we got to our destination safe. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I purchased four new tires at Discount Tire in November - great experience and best price. Recently, I made an appointment online for the free tire rotation and balancing (it comes with the purchase). Great experience again - I highly recommend!

Even though my truck went in about an hour late, Domynic was extremely apologetic and helpful, even including a few services for free. Things happen and I get it but he was very helpful with getting my appointment on track. Dude deserves a raise! 5 stars just for the customer service alone.

I’ve had good experiences with this Discount Tire in the past, but my last 2 visits have left me really disappointed. On this last visit I was coming in to have a tire repaired. I had a screw puncture a small hole in the tire. Since I live up in Crested Butte I tried plugging the puncture myself. This resulted in a very slow leak. I then came to Discount Tire to have the tire repaired after which they told me they cannot repair a tire that already has a plug in it. Instead they had me pay for a new tire. I had already purchased the tire warranty for all 4 tires, ($90 a piece) so I was charged $90 for the new tire. It’s astonishing to me that they wouldn’t replace my plug with their own. I don’t know what I was expected to do with the flat tire, there is no way I could have made it to any d

Dawson is seriously fantastic. I think he’s helped me the past three times i’ve gone in for a pressure check on my tires and when I go in to get a new set i WILL be requesting him! He’s so nice and very very personable and knows what he’s talking about! Great hire on this locations side and thank you Dawson for always going above and beyond!
