Discount Tire

I made sure to schedule it for 8am to be the first one when they opened. They were polite and informative from the beginning and had me out the door in 30 minutes. I couldn't be more happy with my new tires and lug nuts! This place has the best service and the price was great too!

Incrediblely wonderful tire experience. I researched tires on tire rack and also Discount Tire website. Ordered tires directly on Discount Tire website and they shipped directly to Brookfield WI store. The website then had me schedule appt which was great. It only took 2-3 days to get tires. When I arrived, the service advisor had met me outside and immediately took my car into the garage to have the new tires out on. I was expecting to wait 2-4hrs so I had my tablet and a cup of coffee to keep me busy. Within about 25mins the service guy pulled my car up. Wow! I was in shock..I've had oil changes take longer than this. Fantastic job to everyone at the Brookfield store (no more Tires Plus- they suck and Firestone - too slow). This is my new tire place for sure! Highly recommended!

When I arrived, I was met outside their service door by George. He was eager to help, likeable/personable, and a great communicator, traits that I sadly see lacking in service today. Finding wheels and tires for my 60+ yr old homemade trailer wasn’t simple. I don’t often take the time for a customer review. But thank-you, George, for your professionalism and genuine people skills…and to a company that services not just everyday situations but unusual ones like mine. Thank-you also to Jason. Seriously, great business.

All the staff are very professional, accommodating, and care for their customers at the Brookfield/Waukesha location. I wasn't able to book an appointment online due to my work schedule and Niko told me to come in after my shift and he got me right in for a flat tire repair. Nathan inspected my car immediately and explained everything in detail. When I am due for new tires I'm coming here!

I was able to price match a lower price easily through the website. I received a quote the next day, paid, and scheduled my appointment. On the day of, I arrived, checked in, and was given a wait time of 1 hour to mount 4 tires. The employees were great, the service was fast, the wait time was spot on, and I was on my way. First time here but fantastic experience, especially compared to other places. Would recommend and return.
