Discount Tire

I went here for an alignment of my new wheels purchased and installed at the Fridley/Columbia Heights location because that store did not have the equipment to do it. I booked an appointment the night before for 3:30pm the following day (today). I arrived at 3:30 and was checked in. I followed along on the journey tracker and when that said I was done and 'bayed out' at 4:17 - I was quite surprised because my car hadn't moved from my original parking spot in their lot. I confirm with who checked me in that their system said I was done but no one came out to talk to me. No one came out at all. It's now almost 4:30. I came in for new tires on 12/6/25 and I had an appointment at 8:15. They had me in and out very fast. There were 10+ people waiting for the doors to open the whole team kicked In and was really impressive to watch how fast and efficient everyone was. Great team work. I would Alex and Logan both were great. Awesome job everyone

Darren and the guys did a great job taking care of me today. Very easy to work you just have to speak up. Issues can't be resolved going to Google reviews and ranting/complaining about it. They will make it right. Will be back again no complaints

Don't overpromise and deliver. Need better customer services at your front desk. I typical don't mind the younger staff guys but some of them cherry pick customers, prioritzing whomever they want and taking new phone calls when a customer with an appointment is right infront of you. I've seen it too many times, but I've always give your staff benefit of doubt but I shouldn't need 4 appointments for 2 new tires you sold me. Been coming here since opening but will now be taking my business elsewhere.

I had never purchased tires from Discount Tires before. I spent days researching my replacement options for my Lexus RX330 with 275k on it. I expect to get more than 100k additional miles, so investing in a full set of new tires made sense. The prices have gone up a lot since I last purchased tires and I paid double what I thought it would be initially. However, I felt I got my moneys worth. Employees were informative, kind and respectful to everyone. It was busy at drop off and pick up but no one was stressed. It was efficient. I ordered my tires online at noon, dropped off my car an hour later and had them installed before store closed. Given the tires had to be delivered from another location, I was impressed!
