Discount Tire

I have been a lot of places in many states for tire service (Traveled for 20 years for work). Hands down the team here is great. This is not a tire review, its a shop review. This shop is well ran. The team members are in sync. Busy today, I had no appointment, ordered tires online--I set the board pretty high. They had me squared away by 5pm. Granted the tires were available. The service I saw while waiting was great. They catered to each customers needs with no rush or disregard. Even though they were packed. The shop portion was great to see too. I believe 5 people assisted to swap the old 4 off and the new 4 on. I would highly recommend driving here with an appointment, even if it's an hour away. Great job guys. People were friendly and polite, but the service was much less than satisfactory, as it turned out. I had ordered a new set of Micheline tires on the DT website last week, and decided to visit this branch, since it was close to my area and the rating was good too. The installation was quick and the technician who handled my car was friendly. I was very happy to drive my car on new tires. However, as soon as I merged into the highway I take every single day to work, the nasty vibration was all over the car, at 60-70mph. I could tell it was nothing about car or suspension but the new tires. because it had never happened with my old tires for 3 years. So I had to take my car the next day for tire rebalancing, expecting a bit of apology for not finishing the job correctly in the installati

Discount Tire is fantastic! I just came from Sam’s Club, where I recently spent over $1,000 on new tires. Today, I returned to have a leaking tire patched and was told they only had one employee available, that it would be several hours before they could help, and they showed little interest in trying to accommodate me. A few minutes down the road, I stopped at Discount Tire to see if they could help. The difference was night and day. Not only did they take care of my issue, but I also witnessed them providing outstanding service to every other customer in the store. There were multiple associates ready to greet customers, several technicians actively working in the service bays, and a clear team focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction. What a great store! The only reason not 5 star is because the Kaleb rep who took care of me didn’t smile and was so serious. I watched him as he greeted other customers and he would be polite and say how can I help you , but just was missing the customer friendly aspect. But the other reps were so nice with their clients.
