Discount Tire

Got new tires here last week. I've usually gotten new tires at Costco, but the size tire I need for my car is always a special order through Costco and they usually only have one or two tire brand/model available so I feel like I'm stuck without much choice. So I did more research on different tires and found that Discount Tire had nearly all of the brand/model tires available or could have them within a day or two. I placed my order online on Monday morning and was able to get a Tues installation appointment. The price of the tires themselves was comparable or slightly less than other retailers but the installation fee was slightly higher than other places I was considering such as Walmart tire center. Worked with Gage (the assistant manager at Discount Tire in Burien) on a set of new wheels for my 2018 BMW M240iX. It was an all around great experience, from thinking about what the right size was, ordering, right through the installation. Great staff there too. Recommended!

The Burien store is fantastic. The store was busy, but i waited less than 45 mins. The employees are all welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave me an honest assessment of my situation. I only needed 1 tire and that's all they tried to sell me!!! Thank you Burien Disco tire!

This place is amazing. I came in with a tire that was about to blow, and had to get a whole new set. Phillip was extremely helpful, polite and patient. Truly top notch customer service and a genuinely kind and caring person. Would absolutely recommend coming here!

What makes this review outstanding is that I had returned to the store because the wrong tires had been mounted on my wheels I didn't have the truck there at the time but I returned apprehensively wondering how much of trouble this was going to be. Fortunately, the gentleman that greeted me and assisted me could not have been any more professional then he was. His name was Gage he immediately put me at ease made me feel like I was the most important customer in the store and everything thereafter was easy. Even the resolve to my issue was a little complicated because of stock but nevertheless he made it all copacetic. Very pleasing. Very professional. Very appreciated. I will recommend and return.
