So I wanna preface by saying that this place has an amazing atmosphere, they are incredibly accommodating, and genuinely nice and caring people. That being said, they’re unorganized. My appt was at 2:45. I pulled up @ 2:48. Post reception intake and sitting there it became apparent that the guys in the bay and the guys in the office are not on the same page. Office guy told me at 3:10 after waiting for 15 minutes already that my vehicle would be done at 4:10. He even convinced me to buy tires he marked down as low as he could so me and my kid would be safe, AND he said there was no impact on my time, so I told him to send it. 4:10 comes around, and my car was never moved until 4:22. I SUPER LOVE THIS PLACE!! And it really helps that its less that 10 minutes away from where I live. The workers are always kind and very professional and even though I am a woman I do not feel them thinking I do not know jack about cars/vehicle in general. Service is always excellent that makes you come back to them anytime you have issues with your vehicle that you know they can fix!

Buyers beware I have used discount tire for about the last 8 years and I have spent a little over 30,000 dollars in this store putting aftermarket wheels and tires on every car and truck I own and today by far is the worst experience I have ever had I have seen a decline in this store for a few years now the last time I had tires put on my truck the kid broke almost every screw that holds the center caps on my wheels and they are still like that because the only option I was given was I had to take it to another shop and waste my time to have them drill my wheels and re tap them for new screws which I feel like is unacceptable for the amount of my hard earned money I spent on them and today I go in to have new tires put on the front of my truck and it started with the manager arguing and s

Always love discount tires and their policy but I especially love this location. Staff here is always super nice and helpful!! Today I was helped by Matthew and John 100% recommend asking for them!!!! Also get the warranty it is worth it!
