Discount Tire

I have been to Discount Tire maybe 8 times. My latest visit was very pleasant, convenient, & timely. Victor is well informed and gives great advice. He is patient to answer all questions and elaborate with additional data so you feel confident about inquiries. I like that he ordered the tires same day and said I could leave my car on site. Victor is on site not just to work but to make the customer happy, I wish more people were like Victor. Thank you. I would recommend to everyone that if the low tire pressure sensor is bad replace them all, this would have saved me a headache. I am also happy to hear they do alignments!

Amazing location! David Diaz went above and beyond ordering the special tires needed for my Saturn Outlook. I went in a day before my Scheduled appointment and they took me in before I could even walk in! Highly recommend this location and staff!

The manager, Joe, called me this morning regarding my response to their customer service email. I was pleasantly surprised by the call—it left me with the impression that Discount Tire truly values its customers like family. Without that personal touch, I probably wouldn’t have returned. But because of it, I will.
