Discount Tire

Made an appointment for next day and paid online for all new tires, this was very convenient! I arrived on time and they stick to their appointments first before walkins which I really liked because some places still don’t. The guy said I’d be out in an hour or less and I was! I love the journey tracking too. The customer service there is SUPERIOR, I was kinda shocked. I’ll def be back for all my tire care needs. This place did not disappoint.

Very knowledgeable very clean very fast. Amazing customer service! The experience from the last 3 times I've gone has been awesome and took all of maybe 45mins? To get in and get out. Prices are amazing. And they will work with you and make sure you get what you want without hassling you with upsales.

I went to get my tire repaired because a screw was stuck in it. Since it was Saturday, the waiting time was long, and it took about three hours. The system here seems to be well-organized, so I think they manage things pretty well. It was annoying to wait that long, but at least the repair was free, which made me feel a bit better.

I bought a full set of tires and rims for both my Jeeps. 16 Renegade Trailhawk and 04 Liberty Sport. Went with Black Rhino military style rims and off road BFG KO2's on the Trailhawk, but Went somewhere else for the tires on the Liberty. They were professional, excellent pricing and good follow-up with reminders for rotation and tire pressure checks.

Discount tire has lost my business. I have fairly new tires bought from discount tires ran over a bolt in the road. They said they will patch it and said it will take. 1 hour. I get notifications on my phone when my truck is moving. My truck was in the bay only 25 minutes. They said my tire can’t be fixed the hole was to big and they said they plug patched it and put 75 psi. To get home they wanted me to buy a tire. Today took it to a buddy discount tires didn’t not try to fix it still had the plug. I put in it. It’s fixed so will not be coming back or buy from them again
