I can't say enough about how this location and the customer service was top tier. Andrew, the store manager, took my concerns about not receiving the best customer service at another location and immediately changed the trajectory of my time as a customer. What I thought was a rim leak or tire issue was really the air valve which they were able to change for free. Now when I need to purchase my full set of tires, Andrew and his team will be getting the sale and continue to maintenance all 6 of the vehicles we own and drive regularly. Thank you for turning this experience into one I will never forget and always appreciate.

Brought my Miata in with concerns about lifting, since other tire chains in the past left me with broken studs and gouged wheels. Here, the team took incredible care — multiple techs made sure it was lifted properly from the front subframe and rear diff, no pinch weld damage at all. They were polite, professional, and treated the car like it was their own. They even found my second wheel lock key in the glove box when I forgot about it. I run a unique tire size on aftermarket wheels that didn’t show up on their website, and they told me to just call next time — they can source it and even price match. Make sure to call! We have several cars, and after this experience, they’ve earned a loyal customer.

Had my vehicle towed here yesterday with 1 hour before closing. They cheerfully replaced all 4 tires and got me back on the road 20 minutes after closing. Gave me what I considered a good price on the tires.

I had a wonderful experience at the service center thanks to Darius! He’s a very nice and polite young man who delivered exceptional service from start to finish. I came in with a flat tire, and he had it fixed and ready to go in less than 45 minutes. The process was smooth, quick, and handled with great professionalism. It’s refreshing to be helped by someone so courteous and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning to this dealership when I need new tires and will be asking for Darius again. Highly recommend!
