I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire today. I pulled in right at closing time with a flat, fully expecting to come back the next day. Instead, Jared and his team greeted me with friendly attitudes and said they would take care of it. He fixed my tire quickly at no charge, even though they were about to lock up. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. Jared turned a stressful situation into a great customer experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending this location to everyone. The representative Ryan was waiting outside for me as my car got towed in. Took 45 minutes and I was back out the door with my new tire installed! The representative Deryck even filled up my other tires full of air because he noticed they were running low! Completely painless and amazing service. Highly recommend and will be coming back.
