I called ahead and confirmed my size tires were there and if they were busy or not. Once I got there it was definitely not busy as discussed beforehand. I was approached by Heather who's warm exciting personality really made an impression on me. Heather explained the whole process smoothly so I could understand with ease. Heather had the due diligence to double check my tire size before we set about my purchase. I was really grateful for the above and beyond service. I was told the wait wouldn't be too long but hey its tires - so I settled myself in the waiting room. Before I could even start my personal project they said I was done.
