Flagstop Car Wash

In November, I took my car through the car wash. Like most people I’m just pulling up into line to staff member that standing there. Who stands a couple feet behind the warning sign so I imagine most people like me and don’t even stop and read that whole sign. I went to the car wash. I got home and saw that my spoiler had been ripped off. I immediately called went to the call center the colonial Heights location. Devon (manager)called me back that night to let me know that they had found my spoiler in their car wash however it had been run over and was in several pieces. They said I had to come in and fill out an incident report with all my information so I did and that they had to go back and watch the tape to see where it came off in the wash. Came to get my car washed - once I was done there was excess soap - asked to use a brush and it scratched the paint really bad. Showed them the damage and they gave me a free car wash.. it was right at closing and they said come back tomorrow. I came back brought up the situation with Owen and he ignored my issue and offered me another free car wash if I download the app… nice place terrible customer services.

This is the best car wash experience I’ve ever had. Owen was such a great help for me and provided everything I needed. It was my first time at the wash in a long time and he guided me to the mat cleaning station and even took the time to get me fresh towels to dry my car. Incredible experience and I’ll definitely be back because of Owen

Morgan and Lily were the kindest people ever! Great customer service and great job at explaining all of the packages they have to offer! The whole staff is always patient, amazing location.

Wow what a wonderful experience. Hakeem, the worker that assisted was very helpful throughout this whole process of cleaning my car that was so dirty ! He did an awesome job assisting me and answering all of my questions about the mat cleaning machine, the towels being low, & also the interior cleaner spray that was needed. great job you thanks for your service.
