I had a really great experience at Discount Tire in Conroe, Texas. The assistant manager Gabriel was extremely nice and helpful, and honestly all of the young men working there were friendly and professional. I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant at first because the team inside looked pretty young, and sometimes people assume younger staff won’t provide the best customer service. That was definitely not the case here. Everyone was respectful, attentive, and made the whole process easy. I needed a price adjustment to match Sam’s Club, and they had no problem honoring the price match. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, and I was in and out faster than I expected. Gabriel and his entire team were great. I truly appreciate the customer service and will definitely be back.

They have REALLY GOOD tire alignment PROGRAM, i sent my other truck to them before and they did SOLID JOB, Jacob was the manager and help me with rotation and repair of my tire, thank you , they are NOT PUSHY PEOPLE TO SELL YOU TIRES, they are absolutely professional

John K. truly is an amazing asset to this location & their customers! I have been on borrowed time regarding my tires- balding, patches, etc. due to driving on dirt roads everyday with tires not made for them. I had yet another damaged tire yesterday morning. Met John, and he not only helped me get all 4 tires replaced at a really great price & handled on time but also (with another colleague) helped take care of my skid plate that apparently was loose. That wasn’t their job but they helped me! Thank you!! John K.- trust him with your vehicle!

I stopped by Discount Tire needing a new tire, but the store was extremely busy at the time, so I initially decided to leave and try somewhere else. Long story short, I ended up going back to Discount Tire — it’s where I’ve always purchased my tires. I called ahead and spoke with Ramon, who was very helpful. He gave me the price of the tire and an estimated wait time of about 45 minutes. When I returned and spoke with him in person, he inspected my vehicle and honestly let me know that I actually needed two new tires in the back, while the front tires were still in good condition. I truly appreciated his honesty and that he didn’t try to upsell me on four new tires. He provided a fair quote, and since I was heading out of town and in a time crunch, I explained that I needed to get back on

The best place to go for tire care and fantastic customer service. Jacob got me set up, Peter found the culprit that was making the car bounce at high speeds and Nolan took care of my wheel alignment. Excellent work.
