This was our tire store when I was growing up, but I hadn’t been there in probably 20 years and I desperately needed new tires and needed them quickly. I was able to find affordable tires and have them put on all in a half day. In fact, the only reason it took a half day and not just an hour or two was because I had to wait for one tire to be delivered from a nearby store (but I was able to run errands while that occurred). Customer service was amazing, employees seemed happy, friendly, and lively with one another. Fully recommend.

Went there 2/20/26 for FREE rotation and balance also a slow leak in tire. I normally do this myself but I said its free so why not. I had a 4pm appointment and got there early around 3:20. The counter guy took my info then went to do there "safety check" grabbed the "special sockets" to check lug nuts and of course my were "BAD" at $59 a set of 20 which I did get even though its a scam.. Said all my tires were good, well of course they are only 7000 miles on them.. He tried to sell me wipers that I don't need so I said no. So at 4:45 they finally pulled the vehicle in. At 5:25 the service guy brought the vehicle out and told me I could take care of my bill at the counter. Well apparently the nail in the tire couldn't be repaired (call BS) so they replaced the tire and wanted me to purchas

I was onsite at your location twice over the course of several days for the same tire issue. During my first visit, I was told the problem was a valve stem leak. The valve stems were replaced, and I left. The following day, the tire was completely flat again. I returned and was then told that the rim was cracked and needed to be replaced. I asked to see the issue and pointed out that the rim was not cracked, but rather the tire bead needed to be removed, cleaned, and resealed. I was told your store does not perform bead sealing, that doing so would damage the rim, and that purchasing a new rim was my only option. I declined, asked the tire to be filled, and left. I then took my vehicle to another tire shop. After a short wait, they removed the tire, cleaned the bead, resealed it, and re

So I had sidewall damage on my front driver side tire but I had warranty on it so I went to get it replaced. After about an hour and a half I get my car back and what do you know, they replaced the wrong freaking tire?! I immediately go back in and they take my keys, somehow they take another hour to get me my car back, extremely disappointing but it gets worse. I get on the freeway and the replaced tire is extremely wobbly so I pull over and my cousin explains it, they didn’t balance it🤦‍♂️. So the next day I got back to get it balanced and I requested that all my tires get balanced while im at it, this was somehow a 3 hour process when it wasn’t even busy from the looks of it. Then next day tire pressure light comes on and it’s cause the both tires on the right are way lower in air compa

Ford Bronco Owners—BEWARE. I have a 2023 Ford Bronco (Sasquatch pkg) and scheduled a 10am appointment for a simple nail repair. I waited over 2 hours and nothing was done. I was told they couldn’t remove the tire due to a wheel lock issue—even though all wheel locks and the master key were in my center console. I then asked them to install my brand-new spare and was told it was done. It wasn’t. I left with a flat, had to call AAA, and was towed to the Ford dealership. The dealership confirmed there was no reason Discount Tire couldn’t have repaired the tire or installed the spare. Because the repair was $0.00, I clearly wasn’t a priority. I will never return or recommend this location—especially for Bronco owners. Save yourself the headache and go to the dealership.
