Discount Tire

I’m still waiting for them to take my car in after 1 1/2 hours. They have taken cars that came in after me. Very slow service. Polite staff, good prices but don’t come if you are in a hurry.

Alonzo and John helped me out in a pinch. On the way to San Clemente for a meeting I picked up a nail and my tire was losing air quickly. They got me in and back on the road as quickly as possible, 20 minutes sooner than they advised me. Thanks for saving the day and helping me make my meeting on time!

Had a 4pm appointment. My car was not in a bay until 5ish. NO respect for my time. Matt checked my in, didn’t give me any indication there was a backup. Then at 4:45, I asked him why my car was not in for service yet. If I did not complain, I would still be waiting. Terrible. While I waited, heard Fernando telling someone on the phone. “No appointment needed. Come in tomorrow and I will take care of you” So why do you take appointments if you don’t honor them?!? I guess “Be Respectful “ didn’t make the list. Going to Evan’s Tire in Encinitas moving forward.

Service is great. Mechanic technician John and customer service Alonzo both are very nice and professional. Service time is very quick and surprised me. Five star service!

They quickly fixed a tire for free that had a screw in it and was slowly losing air. I really appreciate how these folks will fix tires for free, that's so awesome!
