Rancho Car Wash

Do not use this place!! I just had the worst detail I have ever gotten. My car smelled absolutely horrible, like chemicals, afterwards and 30 hrs later it is still so sickening I can’t drive it. I have been airing it out the whole day and it still hasn’t made a difference. And the worst part is I paid $200 for this! They also washed the outside and did a terrible job of this as well. Whatever you do - avoid!!!

I cannot believe I paid $150 (including tip) for the most horrible car wash I’ve ever received. It was an incredibly expensive mistake. I should have looked at these reviews. The outside of my car still has surf wax I can easily wipe off, did they even wash it? And the inside looks wipes down bad vacuumed but I could have done that for $6 and 20 minutes at a self serve car wash. Stars and Stripes did way better, I should have just went back to them.

Such a bad job. VIP hand wash for $80 and the car is still very dirty. Neither the windshield nor the body is clean. Never again. Update: I gave them a chance to fix it and it's still not clean.

This place was a go to, but under the new management the "customer service," quality, and some staff's behavior - especially the new "manager," is AWFUL!! Such a disappointment. I attempted to reach the owner, who I met a number of times in the past, to let him know what's happening, but the current manager put up road block after road block. It is really sad for this place that seemed to be ethically run for years, now being run by a "manager" who seems to be more into giving subpar service, then gas lighting people when customers ask to get the service for which they've paid. I hope whomever owns this place learns what is happening and makes changes ASAP. My car wasn't that dirty. It was recently detailed. I decided to use them because I had a couple of hours to wait for my daughter, and the outside gets dirty quickly. The smears and dirt on the windows may be hard to see in a picture, but it looks worse in person and is on the outside. I won't try them again.
