⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Discount Tire! I was extremely impressed with the service at Discount Tire. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far better than I expected. It’s rare to find this level of customer care these days, but they delivered it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be returning for future tire needs and recommending them to others!

Terrible trying to overcharge me for a rim swap. They told me $300 just to swap new rims on old tires. I called the Austell location and was told only $140. Tanner is a terrible manager.

Today I was at this location for tire pressure sensor replacement. The entire team as I observed had friendly professional service to all of us. It was very very busy. However, I was treated like I was the only customer. Zee checked me in and kept me posted about the repair. He also offered excellent options and consequences of each option. I choose to replace all 4. Ron was the person I called on the phone in the first place and he was so kind and told me to come on in anytime. He happened to be the person who checked me out so I was able to say thank you. The waiting area is clean, the service is reasonable, and they keep you posted. I was actually done before the time given :). The price was outstanding. I checked 4 other places so I know. Any other issues I will come here and here alo

Unfortunately, I am currently dealing with a case of gross negligence that put my wife’s life in danger due to this organization. My wife brought her horse trailer in to get all new tires put on. Unbeknownst to my wife and I their team put tires on the trailer neglecting to account for the weight of the trailer and its normal load (12,700 lbs for the trailer + >3,000 lbs of horses and equipment = at least 15,700 lbs). Instead they put tires on that were rated for 13,680 lbs (3,420 lbs x 4 tires). The very first time we put a horse on the trailer two of the tires blew out putting my wife’s life and our horses in jeopardy. Not knowing what the issue was at the time, we returned the vehicle to get the tires fixed. They charged us for the service but covered the cost of the tires themselves.

This place is the best. I came in with a leaky tire and even though busy I was in and out quick. A few days later had a flat on other side. I was in Peachtree City and made the mistake of going to Mavis. They told me tire was not fixable and tried to hard sell me a tire. I drove off with my donut and the next day came back to Discount Tire and they were very busy. They got me in quick ans fixed my tire with no issues. Love this business and will continue to use them as my tire store!
