Nick, Nate and Beau gave me the best service I’ve ever received. I had a few issues and they were more than willing to help. At a time of stress, they were compassionate and quick to help in any way they could. I’m honest to say that the service and price is best here. please consider coming here for any tire needs.

This place is absolutely amazing. I came in thinking it was going to be a standard new tire switch out and it wound up being a little bit of a hassle bc of the condition of the car however, the manager on duty (Nick) was extremely helpful and accommodating. Stretching himself beyond what his job description called for, he made sure that my car was safe to drive out of the shop and without a huge bill to tack on. I would like to just say thank you to the team there and let you guys know that your work is appreciated.

I used discount primarily for many years but the last year or so they seem to be dropping the ball on quality work, hard. They also apparently don’t care about making sure things are done the right the first time, or about negative feedback. Purchased new rims and tires last year and have had to bring them back four different times in the first year for issues they created, for tpms not working, a rebalance due to putting a ton of weights on and counter balancing, and because one of the tires was mounted the opposite rotation. Then I found they did not install the hub centric rings and they were missing after my most recent visit. They do quick work but the quality of the work seems to have gone way down hill. Then most recently, brought my car in to have the tires checked and balanced

Had a great experience with discount tire today. Went to Costco to get tire 2 years ago. Had 2 nails on the, then they refuse to patch it, don’t know why. And they refuse my road hazard warranty and add on many reason why they are not going to service me today. Went in discount tire and Jason greet me and schedule me for the patch, offer him a nice tip for his great work and service. Jason said it his job and did not took it. Jason even installed the tire for me even I didn’t have appointment to do so. Offer to pay for their great service, but they said it on them. I owe you discount count tire, thanks. If your wife tell you to go to Costco, don’t listen and go to Discount tire. lol . Thank you Jason and Thank you Discount Tire

Excellent service from beginning to end! Mitchel helped me over the phone and truly went above and beyond. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and really cares about making things easy and affordable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tires without spending a fortune!
