Both the front end crew, Mitchell, Michael, JJ and the back end crew are all simply AMAZING. They are a delight to talk to, make you feel like royalty with how professional they are, and are so patient while handling back to back customers. I have to travel during the winter storm that is coming through Texas, and several other states, and need new tires for the peace of mind; this location and staff are giving me exactly that and more. I had a great experience at Discount Tire the other day! I ordered online and easily set up my appointment time. When I got there, Bradley took excellent care of me. I wanted the 10-ply and had accidentally ordered 8-ply, and Bradley was able to accommodate. I had four new tires put on and an alignment and was out the door in under two hours. Very pleased! Will be back!

Recently was refused flat repair The tire is a bias ply drag slick tire I run on a vintage hotrod Was told that they have now way to repair this type tire Left standing in the parking lot with a leaking tire After picking up a 450.00 purchase of trailer tires for the day I spend thousands a year at this store Was told my tire was junk and not repairable This tire is very expensive and not junk Maybe because they cannot get or sell this particular tire they don’t like it Went to another local shop next day and repaired No problem Discount tire blew off a long time customer over being lazy Even tried a corporate response with no resolution Shop local folks

Discount Tire in Early is the only place I go for tires. Every single employee I’ve ever dealt with has been courteous, respectful, professional, and thorough. They take a genuine interest in their customers, and it shows in everything they do. Today, I stopped by to have a flat looked at. As quickly as the tire had deflated, I figured I’d probably need a brand new tire. This was on a new vehicle with about 11,000 miles on it. They ended up plugging/patching the hole, balanced it, aired up the other tires, reset the computer and returned the spare to its place up under the chassis. They charged me nothing!! These tires came on the vehicle. They weren’t even purchased from Discount Tire. I can’t recommend them enough. A special thanks to Tanner, and the mechanic who did the chore.

First and foremost the store manager Eric was phenomenal. He assisted my boyfriend and I in a crisis with such precision and passion for what he does. The service was done perfectly and all in great timing as we were on a time crunch. Thank you again Eric. I will forever remember your kindness you shared with us today.
