Take 5 Car Wash

Pricing is good for membership, cleanliness of the property is not very good, service is not stellar. We have been using this carwash for the past 4-5 years with a membership for the past two years. In its prior ownership, some features worked really good like the drier about 4 years ago but now they are lacking. I was hoping with the new competition they would re up their game but they have seem to backslide a bit. The drying experience for whatever reason is not as good as about 4 years ago. You really need to hand dry your car after leaving unless you are going straight to highway driving to dry it properly without getting water spots. To me, the place is just dirty looking: Weeds and grass are frequently overgrown a lot and trash bins are constantly full. The vacuum system seems to be

Great car wash. I’ve been coming here for the last 5 years and saw it decline slowly over those years but with the new management, the vacuums have great pressure, all the moving parts in the car wash work appropriately and the staff is friendly and eager to help you out in anyway they can. The only “complaint” I have is of the blowers that are supposed to dry the car off at the end of the wash. They don’t really do much to remove the water and since I’ve been coming here since it opened I know that they are the same blowers from when it opened. May be time to replace them which I know they will because the new owner is doing a lot to improve things. Still 5 stars from me.

Ran through today..$8.00 car wash. Was run through very fast and had soap on car when I entered the drying stage. Had to rinse the soap off myself. This was the car in front of me at the Carwash. Update 1 year later, car wash costs $20.00, $12.00 more than previous and car was worse than the first time. Spotty water marks everywhere and front of car is dirty after going through. Used Mister Car wash in Abilene for same vehicle and it came out clean for $16.00.

Wow, just wow! I bought a $15 bug removal carwash, and received a nice crisp $5 bill in change. I was disappointed that my vehicle had soap bubble on three sides when I left. I was mad when I had to scrub bug guts off my bumper when I got home. I am absolutely livid that when I checked my receipt to get the phone number that it showed I bout a $7 express wash, and received $13 in change. This is theft pure and simple. If I had any proof other than my experience I would be filing a police report. I will be calling you again, since your customer service number went to voicemail.

People were great, the wash not so much. My vehicle came out still pretty dirty I mean it didn't even clean the windshield. a lot of dirt still in wheel wells, on the door's. Wheel's all cross the front.
