Excellent store. Always helpful and professional, doesn’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Helped my young daughter within her budget and were honest about her options. Can’t recommend a better tire store!

I would definitely recommend this location! My experience was exceptional from my initial phone call to check pricing and availability to driving away. I called thinking it was the Martinez location (right on my way home) but Jacob was so polite, professional, and informative that I went out of my way to hit the Evans location. I was quickly greeted and Jerry walked to my car, listened to my concern, pointed out a few other things, but not in a condescending way, not in a trying to upsell services way. Just for my benefit. I did ask them to take care of one of the items. I didn't feel pressured or obligated. I had a short wait which was fine as I didn't have an appt. I enjoyed listening to the positive work environment of the guys in the bay. The mechanic that brought my car out was polite

Excellent service! Reasonable amount of time with getting 4 new tires without an appointment. Jacob handle things quickly and professionally on the front end. Would come back.

Not a good experience here. Lost my center cap when bought a set of tires and had installed. Said they would order and replace. Then tells me it's discontinued and can't get. Tried to have me get a completely different set which I refused. I said just order a plain Chrome and I'll get the emblemade which they did. I set an appt to have it installed and it did not fit. I was then told to find a set myself bring them a receipt and they would reimburse me!! I'm just completely done with this store and I do not recommend the store in Evans. Also, it does not matter that you schedule an appointment they can never keep to that time frame.

The representative was friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. I had a set of tires put on, an alignment and wiper blades replaced in under 2 hours. I have no complaints, and the Evans location is my new store going forward!!
