Yesterday I had the experience of working with Cameron. He made the process smooth and took the time to explain what was going on and updates throughout my wait. Estimated 1hr and 15min wait turned into a 35-40min visit! Way to go Discount Tire, keep up the good work!

Always very fast, friendly, professional service. Jacob at the store on Hirschland Rd. Is an excellent customer service representative. He went far above and beyond the call of duty to provide us with exceptional service and communication. The techs that installed my tires were extremely fast and did excellent work balancing and mounting my new tires. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer at Discount Tire indefinitely.

Made an appointment for tire rotation that included tire balance. The appointment was on time, it was stated I should be done in 45 minutes. They completed the work and I was on my way in about 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the results.

Excellent experience! The staff is absolutely on-the-ball. Always top quality service. Went in for a slow leak in one tire. I left in less than 30 minutes following the discovery of a nail in my tire and buying 2 two new tires installed. Highly recommend!
