Discount Tire

Discount Tire in Farragut (11201 Kingston Pike, Knoxville) is an unbelievable store. I went in with a slow leak in one of my tires and they took care of it in a very quick and efficient manner. I set up the appointment online and they took care of it almost as soon as I arrived and they were busy at the time too. I have ordered tires from the website in the past a few times, but this is my first time visiting the store. I would highly recommend this store for all of your tire needs. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Thank you Discount Tire! I appreciate it.

Currently sitting in the waiting area for my car to be taken back for new wheels and tires. They said it’d be about an hour, which is totally understandable for a service like this. Bodie (help my spelling) has been extremely helpful on the phone today and yesterday getting together what I needed. He was always quick to answer the phone. Incredible customer service. In the 20 minutes I have been sitting in the waiting area as a type this, I have witnessed some very intriguing customer service. Great services and trustworthy! Thought I had a slow leak in two tires, they found a nail in one and nothing in the other, but they rebalanced it just in case. I got new windshield wipers too and was out the door for about $35. Thought for sure is "need" a new tire. I'll be back!

All the crew, from arriving to leaving were wonderfully happy at their jobs. You could tell be the way they communicated with each other in the bays, and the management greeters were excellent in people skills and empathy. Very, very good store, re-enforcing the reason why I buy y tires from Discount Tire. (This review is real and not a fabrication to feed this website mis-information for other viewers!)

Been taking my car to Discount Tire for years and have always been happy and satisfied to work with them. I usually work with Chris at this location and he has been instrumental in getting me taken care of. Recently had an issue where due to a bad alignment from a local shop, my tires wore out extremely prematurely (less than a year) and Chris was able to help me out in getting them replaced under the factory tread wear warranty. Then a week later we brought my dad’s car in to get new tires and were able to get the best price on them and get them installed before the snow we just had here in town. Great service, friendly people, overall great experience. It does take a while, so you’re better off dropping your car off and getting a ride back to work or whatever, but they will get it done!
