I've been a customer for a very long time!! This was my first visit to this new location,and it felt very assuring to know no matter what location I go to that I will be taken care of! Eric and his team were very friendly, professional and fast! Thank you for always taking care of me and my family!

The guys were great. Got in and out very fast. I have a 2018 GT and it takes 10 quarts of oil. Very well priced. they also do inspections of your lights, brake lights, blinkers, and reverse lights before you leave. Great crew…beautiful set up

When I had to go to the lobby I was escorted by the staff which made me feel very well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

3/4/26-I visited this location. I had concerns that I had a leak. Andrew was the service manager and he did a detailed observation on my car with diligence, patience and kindness! And found the problem with 15-20minutes. I agreed to get the problem resolved right away. He placed the order for the part/Kevin the actual manager along with Andrew completed the job within an hour to hour half. I liked the fact that after replacing my reservoir jug , he brought the part(old one) to me for me to visibly see. I had an EXCELLENT experience! I recommend Express Oil Change in Farragut, TN.
