The customer service was great! The manager made sure I was taken care of while the staff was busy helping others. Only thing that was negative is how long I had to wait for my tires to be put on. However, I will say its because they had to get them from another location and that took the longest. Dropped van off at around 1025am and they were done around 3pm with it.

My latest visit was just to get tires rotated but in the past I've bought new sets or had a flat taken care of and have been pleased with service. I am an 83 year old female and expert service is very important to me. Discount Tire delivers that.

I’ve been with Discount Tire for quite some time The warranty they offer for tire replacement or tire issue is the BEST! I had a nail in my tire and Justin took care it. He let me know if they couldn’t fix they have one in stock (great). He inspected each tire and offered new windshield wipers, I declined. A step by step link was sent to my phone. The in and out time was about 30-45 mins. The store was clean and clutter free. The bathroom could use a little up keep, but wasn’t bad. The tech Jamel was also extremely friendly! I watch him drive my vehicle to the front door and came to the lobby with keys in hand. Again, Justin and Jamel has top notch customer service skills! Shout out to upper management and the training department!! Overall, YES I recommend Discount Tires of Fayettevil

I want to give a shout to this crew at Discount Tire. Justin was great and the technician that worked on my tire were great (I didn't get his name unfortunately). I was pulling a 33' RV and they guided me to park during a busy Saturday morning. They handled the busyness with coolness and professionalism. Thanks for saving our trip. This is why I shop at Discount Tire. So many locations nationwide and there is no run-around with the warranties. Their system has all of the information necessary for an easy transaction.
