Discount Tire

I've been a regular customer at the Discount Tire in Federal Way, and the team here is consistently fantastic. They always go out of their way to ensure my tires are properly rotated and thoroughly inspected. It is so refreshing to experience such reliable, proactive customer service. Highly recommend!

They gave me the lowest price on my tires and I was happy to see that that tires weren’t over a year old. But, TBH the quality control and attention to detail is not there. At least it wasnt there for the tech that worked on my car. The first issue i had was that they used a different valve step on one of my tires and it showed a gold band after putting the valve cap on. Not only was it an eye sore but it didnt match the rest of the tires. The two days later I had to driver 250 miles for work. My car has never rattled so bad on the freeway. I took my car back to have the wheels rebalanced and they said all four tires were out of balance. I’m happy that they were more than willing to replace that valve stem and rebalance the tires per my request but I do wish they had just done the job righ

If you want to have your old good tires swapped with some old mismatched ones come here. I came in to get new tires put on my rims asked to keep the old ones because they were still in good condition. When I went to use them 2 months later I come to find out they got swap for some mismatched pair and tied and in a bag.. at first they offered me a 200$ credit but the second manager only said he will do 100$ doesn’t come close to replacing them. Very disappointed at the service

So professional! 😮 They even have text alerts. Felt like Safelite level of service. Overall I felt they were an honest set of people. Definitely coming back here for my tire needs! Regardless of how long you might need to wait, so WORTH it! They go the extra mile. Top tier!!
