Discount Tire

After almost a month of waiting for a set of rims and getting a notification all 4 rims have arrived I only received 3 rims. Then got the runaround until the last rim was delivered to only have a scratch on one and the original valve still on a tire. Usually an on point location but let me down this time majorly.

I had a wonderful experience today at discount tire! I was assisted by a gentleman named Gage who went above and beyond to take care of me! He delivered excellent customer service, showed empathy, and was able to get me on the road safely. I greatly appreciate the care and support I received today, especially in today’s climate my budget was low! Thanks again Gage Jarrell and the Discount tire team for a wonderful experience!!!

I want to give very high marks for the service I received January 12, 2026 on Pearson Road Flint-Namely Gage, Rodney and Robert .while they were very very busy , they took the time and went above and beyond to help me in my stranded situation with a trailer issue. They proved to be not only competent and hard-working, but caring and professional as well. You should be very proud to have these guys working there.

Gage, from the Flushing location stopped on the side of the highway to help change a flat tire on a wet rainy morning on his way into work. He stopped when he didn’t have to making himself late to work when many would have driven by. He earned a customer in my family. Thanks for being a great human.

Scheduled an appointment for a tpms issue, I still waited over an hour for my vehicle to be done. WHY even schedule an appointment? This is not the first time I've waited an unreasonable time for the service to be completed when making an appointment. Your system sucks. Please explain why a person that goes to your website and scheduled an appointment waits over an hour. I've had set done at your competitor, Belle Tire, and the experience was totally opposite. Going to have to reconsider where I get tires.
