They have great employees here for a busy place! I just had a screw imbedded in the tire but they did it by removing, using a patch and balancing - all for free! Even for a luxury vehicle when the dealer wasn’t going to do it. They were so accommodating to get the tire fixed in about 30 mins without an appointment in the middle of the day! The shop team was efficient too. Kudos to their great team! I will be back for new tires and rotations as well! I appreciate my family’s recommendation to use this store/shop with reasonable prices and great service! Where else can you find such in these times!?

Made an appt. and was greeted at the door by a polite and knowledgeable staff member. Was told the plan. When diagnosis made, given est. time to completion which was pretty accurate. Young, very polite mechanic assisted me and my rolator to the car. I was off. If getting a car serviced is ever a pleasant experience, this was it.

Top notch service. Tires came in ahead of schedule and they were able to get me in many days sooner than anticipated. Had a bay waiting for me. It was pretty much concierge tire service for a better price than anywhere else gave. I won't go anywhere else in the future.

Nothing but good things to say about this location! Ramon and the Discount Tire team went above and beyond for this high-maintenance customer. About four months ago, I could only afford to buy two new Michelin Pilot All-Season tires for the front wheels. Today, I returned to replace the rear tires and get a rotation. My scheduled appointment took less than 45 minutes, and I was back on the highway heading home in no time. However, I quickly realized something was wrong—my car was driving really rough at speeds over 50 mph. Turns out, my rear wheels were so bent that when they rotated those tires to the front, it affected the ride quality. I called them immediately and returned to the shop.
