I recently went to Discount Tire to get four new tires for my BMW, and the experience was top notch. I was greeted by Will Ortiz, the store manager, who immediately took care of everything and made sure I got a great deal. Service was fast, the shop was one of the cleanest I’ve seen, and the overall professionalism stood out. 10/10. Big props to Mr. Ortiz for leading from the front and working right alongside his team. I have had great experiences with this company. This visit I may not have spoken loud enough or the ticket writer forgot to write it down. I went in for a rotation and balanced and a flat tire on the right rear. When I left the dash pressure reader was setting. By the time I got home the front passenger tire had 25 psi. I called them back to confirm the flat was on the ticket and it was not. They told me to bring it back and they got right on it. So 3 things could have happened? I didn’t speak up about the flat, the ticket writer failed to put it down, and the mechanic failed to check all the tire pressure and could have found it. I’m not upset I will continue to use this company and tell everyone to go there. But make an appointment. Lol. Thanks L.Hill

Had a little incident trying to avoid hitting a 🐿️, blew 2 tires and was close to the river blvd store. The store was super busy, yet every employee who would walk into the lobby would greet and apologize for the wait. Including techs who would walk in to speak to the advisors. Once I got to the counter, an advisor came out to check my tires (Tim specifically) and from there my super high stress level was alleviated. Tim was very helpful, made sure to find a way to work with my budget and even tried to help getting me approved thru several options the store offers. Was even tossed a small freebie which was humongously appreciated. Caleb was the tech who came out to speak to us about the wheel nuts and even HE was a doll. Had to come without an appointment booked with my 1 year old when I realized my car was driving poorly from the tires. Joe quoted me 2 hours at first but was so accommodating when I mentioned I couldn’t stay that long with my child. They ended up getting me in and out in an hour and were wonderful! 10/10 will be returning and so appreciated Joe’s wonderful customer service!
