Had some previous issues with online ordering and scheduling ( not this stores fault ). I almost gave up on these guys. A Follow up from Jim made all the difference. I actually got better tires after working with him. The day of the service went very smooth. I worked with Alex and very happy with the service. It was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend you try these guys before you go anywhere else. They're busy for a reason, because they're good.

Outstanding customer service! From the initial phone call with Alex, he was helpful and knowledgeable in picking the right tires for my car. They were accommodating and so so quick! Drew and Kenji were also very friendly and helpful. The whole staff went above and beyond, truly couldn’t have made it a better experience.

Andrew S was amazing. The minute I pulled up he was on top of it. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Him and his team tackled my truck and had me on my way in less than an hour. I can’t express how grateful I am to these guys, keep doing good work 🤙

This place has a very nice waiting room that's for starters. The people that work that are probably the nicest people in any type of service for automobiles that I've ever met in my life. They're very knowledgeable and walk you through everything if that's what you need. I would recommend this every time I could. I've been there three times for different vehicles always excellent. Also to mention the best prices you'll find around.

Discount Tire does not have the capability to lift vehicles off the ground on the vehicles manufacturer specified lifting points. The people in the store don’t even realize the vehicles are being lifted improperly. I had to show them that my car was supported over a foot ahead of the location specified by the OEM. They said this is how they are trained. Luckily, my vehicle did not sustain damage. But, I will not be back for my free tire rotations. I’d suggest some training from the Automotive Lift Institute.
