Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I stopped into Valvoline Instant Oil Change just to get new windshield wipers and ended up having a really great experience. The manager, Dalton, was extremely kind and patient and immediately helped troubleshoot why my windshield wipers weren’t working properly in the first place. He even tried different windshield wipers on my car to help figure out the issue and went straight to the solution. The whole team was friendly and helpful, and they all took a look at my car. They noticed a tiny, dot-sized chip in my windshield from a rock and referred me to a place that could fix it, which I really appreciated. I just want to take the time to thank the boys who worked last night 2/25/26 around 515pm. They worked their butts off trying to get my stuck Antifreeze Reservoir cap out last night. I appreciate them so much for that. They didn’t stop till they got it and that was seriously a job within itself. Thank you so so much for that.

This was my second visit to Valvoline. While the overall service was good for me to come back, there are a few things that could be improved on. 1. I was quoted a price for a cabin air filter at 29.99 and the engine filter at 27.99 but on the invoice, it showed 59.99 for the cabin air filter. When I asked they said oh sorry i confused the quotes with engine air filter. How hard is it to look up a quote and tell. Maybe it was a genuine mistake, but it leaves doubts in customers minds. 2. When the car was brought in for oil change, the mileage was 111,110. And they gave me a sticker for the next oil change at 113,110. Only 2000 miles until the next oil change. I hope this also was a genuine mistake. 3. The hood was shut properly. when driving on the freeway, I noticed that its shuttering.

Great experience!! Tyler and Aidan were extremely professional, did a great job explaining everything. Was in and out without any issues. Will be where I go every time.

This was my first time here. I have a European car so I have always gone to the dealership. I was lookin for a better price. First, please note… you have to sit in your car during the oil change. In the winter. And it’s cold. Second, it took them a longer time than what is usual and when they gave my “sticker” for the window, the mileage to next oil change was 3,000 miles. My car needs an oil change every 10,000 miles. Hmmmm… And finally, when I questioned them about it, one of the servicemen smirked and laughed in my face. Another was nice enough to try to explain. Quite honestly, it seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing.
