There’s a worker named E.J. NEVER EVER go to him. he will scam you. you tried to make me pay extra when i had warranty on my tires. tried to make me feel stupid for even asking. made it seem like he was doing me a favor. when i had came a week prior and his fellow coworker had gaven me my price with the warranty without even asking. he was so rude too. there’s a guy with curly hair he’s super nice and will help you out. and work with you and make things cheaper.

These mechs are lazy, starting with the desk clerks. They will lie just to get out of servicing your vehicle. They cheat and don’t re-check their work. They only road force balanced one side of my truck because I pointed out they were not doing it correctly. They will lie about your sensors and vehicle threading with their scanner tool just to get out of doing maintenance.

I was impressed with the courtesy and the knowledge of the agents in reference to the tires. I like it when they’re upfront and don’t like when they’re sales pushy which they were not .
