This business has the best customer service that I have encountered in a long time. Charles was my sales associate and he was amazing! He was responsive to my questions and patient with explaining the service. He maintained a positive attitude throughout my visit. He ensured I understood everything he explained. I will definitely return to this tire business whenever I need to. The prices along with installation was also reasonably priced. I really hope Discount Tire maintains this level of customer service.

I’ve been coming here for years and today must’ve been the busiest day… My appointment was at 9am I walked in at 8:55am and no one acknowledged me NOT EVEN EYE CONTACT until 5 minutes later. I’m also not sure why appointments are better if your vehicle still has to wait for another 10 minutes to get pulled back then another 30 minutes to just replace one tire. The Hazelwood locations comes to your vehicle before you even get out the car. That’s a great way for customer service and I’ll be going there again now.

I’m feeling a bit frustrated with Discount Tire. Recently, I purchased a tire and opted for the warranty, spending extra money for it. However, when I returned with a different flat tire, I was told that I couldn't use my warranty because it wasn't the same spot on the vehicle as the previous tire. I believe this policy is unfair; it shouldn't matter where the tire is located. I paid for the tire and the warranty, so I should be eligible for a discount on my next purchase as long as I’m within the warranty period. If they ask whether you want a warranty on your next tire, just be aware that when you come in for a replacement, it has to be in the same location as the original tire you bought!

The gentlemen that helped me I believe his name was Michael provided perfect service. Saved me money an fixed my infamous tire light. I went to another shop and told them I had a light on. They said they didn't have my specific style of sensor in stock after performing their inspection. They directed me to this store. I'm glad they did. The gentleman scanned all my tires and performed a proper inspection and observed that my sensors were still providing a signal and that my system just needed to be reset. Saved me $70. Definitely earned a returning customer.
