Great overall experience, excellent service from the CSR to the technicians, super quick, and great job on the quality of work. Josh and his staff are top notch! Totally recommend these guys for tire and alignment needs. I brought my 03’ Tahoe in for an alignment, tire rotation, and balance. I purchased my tires from the Skibo Rd location a year ago which was also a great experience. I had replaced inner/outer tie rod ends, upper control arms, pitman arm, and the idler arm and the front end was completely out of alignment.

This is my second time at this location. First was back in June 2025 to get new tires. They had what I needed in stock. They price matched with an online store for me. Quick service from beginning to the end. I was able to go across to Freddy’s to grab a quick bite. Second time was earlier this week when I drove over a screw on the road. Drove in without an appt and they were able to patch up the damaged tire and rotate/balance out all the tires for me. All the staff were great!!

I had an outstanding experience at Discount Tire thanks to Dylan and Tyler. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was done right. They explained my options clearly, worked efficiently, and treated me with respect the entire time. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days, but Dylan and Tyler truly went above and beyond. Because of them, I will absolutely continue to use Discount Tire and recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and great people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently replaced all four tires on my 2022 Volkswagen Jetta at this Discount Tire location, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Kyle was my customer service representative, and he is a true professional. He provided outstanding customer service, explained the entire process clearly, and gave an accurate time estimate for completion—which was spot on. Kyle’s professionalism and attention to detail made the experience smooth and stress-free. I will definitely recommend Kyle and this Discount Tire location to all of my friends and family. Hello the "entire staff" from the beginning to the end was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and greeted me with a smile. My appt was at 8:30am and I was out less then a hr... I had 4 tires and wipers replaced. I like this office and how they conduct business, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. I felt very confident and trusted Discount Tires with my car...
