I am always surprised by the lack of good customer service in Fayetteville. My son’s car needed the NC inspection. I went to a quick lube they said inspector wasn't coming til noon that I could wait not sure how long because oil changes take priority. Needless to say there was one car being serviced and 2 extra bays that were empty. I left! Then called Ed tire they had a 2. 5 hour wait so I found this place called tire house I was in and out in 15 min. They were pleasant and courteous and got the job done quickly. I will be back.

This place is new to Hope Mills. They have fast and friendly service. Mike is a great guy. My two year old son loved being able to watch the oil change.

I'll never buy tires from this place ever again. I apparently bought a set of tires that are a bad batch from the factory, I was confirmed. 1st the front 2 wore out after 11k. These are tires that were rated for 65K. Tire House DOES NOT Do any warranty on tires... They told me YOU must deal with that. Very disappointed in that, Other tire places warranty tires. Now I'm Having problems with the 3rd tire, The Belt busted in that tire.. I asked again about replacement.. Of course I got the too bad too sad story. So, I find out That I can get them replaced under warranty from where they buy their tires from.. Blacks Tires. They will replace the back ones now, since they came from a bad batch of tires.. I'm done with Tire House.. Buyer Beware...
