I stopped in because I damaged a wheel off-roading and wanted to swap it out for my spare before heading out the next day for a 500 mile drive. I could have changed it myself with my emergency bottle jack, but noticed Discount Tire next door to my hotel, so went there to see if they would lend me a full size jack or charge me a nominal fee to do it for me. They were great, super helpful, and didn't charge me anything. While I was waiting, I heard them interacting with customers and they were being super informative and honest with those customers as well. Its rare for me to be impressed with customer service these days, but the guys at this store need a shout out and a thank you! If I lived around here, they would get all my business.

Fantastic crew and service. My family was on a roadtrip and noticed that one of the tires had very low air pressure, thinking that there might be a nail or glass piece puncturing through the tire. At that time, it was around late afternoon and found this store right around the closing hours. The crew was packing up and about to close the shop but kept the store open just for us and found the nail/fixed the tire back to normal air pressure within 30 mins. Very grateful for the outstanding crew and service. Highly recommend!

I came to Discount Tire in desperate need of a new tire and thankfully they had tires in store that were comparable to what I had. I actually ended up with two new tires because one of my other tires was also in bad shape. Everyone was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable and they had my car finished quickly! I would highly recommend Discount Tire and will be back for future tire needs.
